TERMS & CONDITIONS
ACQUIFIN “SPIN & WIN” PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
1. Promoter
This promotional campaign is operated by Acquifin (Pty) Ltd, Reg. No. 2022/592566/07 (“the Promoter”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
The campaign runs for a defined period as communicated by Acquifin. Acquifin reserves the right to extend, amend, or close the campaign at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for a spin, participants must:
- Have an active account with Acquifin;
- Confirm that the account details displayed are correct and belong to them;
- Confirm that the outstanding balance reflected is still owed; and
- Agree that an Acquifin agent may contact them to discuss a suitable payment arrangement.
Each account holder is entitled to one spin only.
4. Competition Entry
Participants who meet all qualifying criteria will be granted one spin of the Spin & Win wheel. The outcome of the spin determines the prize, if any. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prizes
- R20 voucher
- R50 voucher
- R100 voucher
- R750 grand prize voucher
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and are subject to verification. Acquifin reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Prize Notification
Winners will be notified via the contact number provided during entry. Acquifin reserves the right to select an alternate outcome if a winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Payment Arrangement
By entering this competition, participants agree to be contacted by an Acquifin agent to discuss a payment arrangement for their outstanding balance. Participation does not constitute a waiver of any amount owed, nor does it suspend any legal or collection proceedings that may be underway.
8. General Conditions
Acquifin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time, disqualify participants who breach these Terms and Conditions, and make the final decision on all campaign-related matters. All decisions are final and binding.
9. Limitation of Liability
Acquifin shall not be held liable for technical issues, incorrect account information provided by participants, or any loss suffered as a result of participation.
10. POPIA & Consent
By participating, you consent to the processing of your personal information for campaign administration, communication relating to the campaign, and contact by an Acquifin agent regarding your account. All information is processed in accordance with POPIA.
